PC’s starting requirements:

• PHB 1, 2, FRPHB character races/ classes allowed,
• 24 point build,
• 2nd level start,
• 1x Forgotten Realms Background
• 1×4th level and 1×5th level armor/implement/ or weapon magical item

Each player has six discretionary points to place in the following categories during character creation:

• Additional points of build. Up to 6 additional points.
• Wealth points. Up to 3 points. (0= destitute for a no money start up, 1= normal for a 100gp start up 2= well to do with a 1000gp start up, and 3= wealthy for a 5000gp start up and a hand servant.
• Background bonus: Up to 3 pts. Each point buys an additional background bonus
• Magic Items: Up to 3 pts. Each point buys a level of magic item. (3pts points could be split up as follows- 1×3rd lvl, 1×2nd and 1×1st lvl, or 3×1st lvl)

Additional Notes:

• Occupations get a +3 trained bonus to competition roles in that particular occupation.
• Backgrounds must fit the character concept.
• Character concept must include reason to be at the HighLand Games
• Character concept must include reason to be so well equipped for such a low level
• GM will provide reason to being staying at the Brass Belly Inn
